She brings particular expertise in building codes and regulatory requirements unique to waterfront properties, including standards set by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and the Federal Emergency Management Agency, along with hurricane, fire and flood restoration, an area of specialty for the Paterra team.

As project manager, Sturtevant leads each project from estimating through completion, directing budgeting decisions and setting the standard for coordination among clients, designers, subcontractors and the Paterra team. Her oversight keeps every detail in line with the highest standard of workmanship. A background in business management with a minor in accounting gives her the authority to make sound financial decisions on every project.
